What the service is, and isn't

• We find publicly advertised Australian job ads whose wording says visa sponsorship is offered or possible, and show a short excerpt with a link to the original ad.
• We are not the employer, a recruiter or a migration agent. We don't give migration advice, and a job ad that mentions sponsorship is not a promise of a visa or a job.
• We check ads automatically and the wording can change or be misread. Always read the original ad and confirm with the employer. If something looks wrong, please report it.
• Never pay anyone for a sponsorship or a job offer. Report ads that ask you to.

Accounts

An account is for one person. Don't share your sign-in. We may suspend accounts used to copy or resell the listings, or used for automated scraping.

Pro subscription

• Pro is billed in Australian dollars through Stripe, every month or every 3 months depending on the plan you choose, until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time from your account page. Pro stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
• If we change the price we will email you at least 14 days before it applies to your next renewal.
• Refunds are covered in cancellations & refunds. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Acceptable use

Don't scrape, bulk-download or republish the listings, try to get around the free-tier limits, or interfere with the site.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for decisions you make based on a listing, for employers' conduct, or for outcomes of any visa or job application. Consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded still apply.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will note the date above. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
